underwhelming stay despite expectations
light massagestaff warmth
i was quite disappointed with my experience. the service at the spa was substandard. the therapists lacked empathy, and the massage was far too light to be therapeutic. i also noticed a general lack of warmth from the staff (they didn't even acknowledge i was a returning guest).

The hotel was really friendly, which i liked. the food was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate fudge cake. the spa facilities met my expectations. i found the swans on the loch added to the charm. So pretty!

andrew at the front desk was very cute and professional. morra, our waterside lodge, was bright and airy and had beautiful decor. we enjoyed the lovely decking area with patio furniture. the low-level hot tub provided amazing and relaxing views of loch of the lowes.

the super nice team throughout my stay. the room was good and the bed comfortable. i extended my checkout because of the delight spa visit and local occasion.
the vegetable tempura was greasy with very little tempura batter. the chips were cold as well. overall, the food tasted bland.
