Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the Birchwood Lodge was truly remarkable, perfect for our extended family gathering. The atmosphere was welcoming, with breathtaking views and spacious accommodations. However, while the lodge was well-equipped, some areas showed signs of wear and tear, and a few minor issues detracted from an otherwise perfect experience.
Had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location by the loch is stunning, and the lodge was really spacious, which made for a lovely stay. However, the dining was disappointing and felt disorganized, and the service overall left something to be desired. The spa treatments were exceptional, but the room could definitely use some upgrades, especially given the price we paid.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere next to the loch, offering beautiful views and a peaceful setting. The spa treatment I experienced was exceptional, but the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during breakfast. I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, although they could use some updating. Overall, while the ambience was great, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly in service and dining quality.
I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lochside Hotel, where the ambiance was tranquil, and the food was absolutely delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, though the dining experience varíed a bit on timing. The spa offered a relaxing retreat, but I wished the facilities were a bit more up-to-date. Overall, it’s a great place for a rejuvenating getaway with stunning views, just a few minor hiccups.
I had a wonderful experience at Lochside House Hotel, celebrating my dad's 80th birthday with family. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making our time there enjoyable. The food was great, although my vegan main meal fell a bit short in terms of portion and flavor. The overall ambiance and surrounding scenery made it a lovely venue for our gathering, though the experience was a tad marred by slower service for some courses. Still, the stunning location and friendly vibe left a positive impression, and I would gladly return.
